  • We offer Reformer Pilates, Mat classes, Barre, and Mum & Baby sessions. All classes are small group (6–8 people) to ensure you get individual support from your instructor.

  • No prior experience is necessary! We welcome all levels, and our instructors can adapt each exercise for beginners as well as advanced practitioners. With small classes of just 6–8 people, every student receives personal attention and guidance.

  • You can book directly through our website or via the Mindbody app (available on iOS and Android). Simply create an account, choose your class, and reserve your spot. If you already use Mindbody for other studios, you’ll find Tribal Pilates listed there too.

  • Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. For Reformer classes, grip socks are recommended for safety and hygiene.

  • Just wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle. All equipment, mats, and props are provided at the studio. Grippy socks are recommended (and available for sale at the studio), but regular socks are fine too. For hygiene reasons, we don’t allow classes to be done barefoot.

  • Yes! Our international team teaches in English, making classes welcoming for both locals and expats. Most of our instructors also understand Norwegian, so you can always ask questions in either language.

  • Yes, we encourage you to try the ‘all-levels’ classes, all our instructors can modify the exercises to suit your growing bump! Please consult your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program.

  • Pilates can often be adapted for people with certain injuries or conditions. We recommend starting with a private session so our instructors can assess your needs and provide personalized guidance.   • Pilates is a low-impact exercise that focuses on strengthening the core, improving flexibility, posture, and overall body awareness. It benefits people of all fitness levels by enhancing balance, coordination, and strength.

  • Mat Pilates involves exercises on the mat using body weight and small props, while Reformer Pilates uses a specialised machine with springs and a sliding carriage to provide resistance for a full-body workout.

  • We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel a class, please do so at least 12 hours in advance to avoid any charges.

  • Yes, we offer private sessions and small group classes tailored to your needs. Please contact us to schedule a session.

  • Yes, our studio is equipped with changing rooms and shower facilities for your convenience.

  • Yes, you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer, but we also provide high-quality mats at the studio.

  • We keep classes small so you get the personal attention you deserve, rather than being one of 20 in a crowded room. Our founders are experienced instructors with international training, and we focus on authentic Pilates that builds strength, balance, and flexibility for every age and level.

  • We’re at Colosseum Park at Majorstuen, directly opposite Frognerparken. The studio is just a 3-minute walk from Majorstua stasjon so easy to reach from Frogner, Bygdøy, Skøyen, and across Oslo.
