Intro to Reformer Pilates NOK 1,350.00
This 4-week course offers a comprehensive introduction to the Pilates Reformer, using the highly respected Stott Pilates method.
Throughout the course, you'll gain a solid understanding of both the Reformer equipment and the key principles of the Stott Pilates system, while learning the foundational exercises developed by Joseph Pilates himself.
By the end of the course, you'll feel confident and prepared to join an "All Levels Reformer" group class. As you continue to progress, you’ll have the opportunity to move into more advanced classes.

A great way to start or continue your post partum journey. Whether you are a beginner or more advanced, we will modify each exercise to suit your needs. Reformer Pilates is a fabulous workout for every body. We have plenty of space for your babes, and might even ask for a cuddle! This is a judgement free class where you can feed or change as you wish. We think you will love it!
